摘    要:以RV减速器为研究对象,结合其结构特点和传动原理,建立系统动态传动误差的数学模型并进行求解。建立RV减速器三维装配模型,导入ADAMS仿真软件。利用MATLAB中的New-Mark法计算仿真得到的输出速度,获得减速器传动仿真误差,并进行频谱转换,与数学模型计算的结果进行对比。搭建RV减速器传动误差的测试实验平台,测量RV减速器的传动误差。通过对比实验结果、仿真结果、数学模型计算结果,验证了仿真模型和数学模型的准确性。

Abstract:Taking RV reducer as the research object, combined with its structural characteristics and transmission principle, the system dynamic transmission error mathematical model was established and solved. The 3D assembly model of RV reducer was established and imported into ADAMS simulation software. The New-Mark method in MATLAB was used to calculate the output speed obtained from the simulation, so the transmission simulation error of the reducer was obtained, and the frequency spectrum conversion was carried out to compare with the data calculated by the mathematical model. The RV reducer transmission error test platform was built to measure the transmission error of the RV reducer. The accuracy of the simulation model and mathematical model was verified by comparing the experimental results, simulation results and mathematical model calculation results.
