Abstract:To solve the problem of phase current reconstruction in a non-reconstructable area, while reducing the impact on the phase current harmonic content, this paper proposes a motor phase current reconstruction technology based on multiple adjustment strategies. The non-reconstructable area of the voltage vector space is divided, and the phase current reconstruction is realized by adopting different adjustment strategies in different areas. Finally, Matlab/simulink is used to build a permanent magnet synchronous motor SVPWM vector control simulation model based on phase current reconstruction. The results show that this scheme can effectively reconstruct the phase currents in the non-reconstructable area. At the same time the phase current can effectively be reconstructed in the process of the starting of the motor with load, switching the load, and acceleration and deceleration of the motor. The FFT analysis results show that the impact on the harmonics of the phase current of this scheme is small.This work is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 51467006).
