摘    要:球形浮标用于测量海上波浪参数,工作一段时间之后,其测量准确性和可靠性会降低,需要回到实验室进行检修和校准。为此,设计一套球形浮标测试装置,采用液压比例伺服系统驱动浮标卡环(内装球形浮标),模拟海上波浪作用下的运动,实现室内环境下对球形浮标的性能测试。该装置为研究新型浮标、改进浮标检测质量、提高浮标检测效率提供了良好的试验条件,有利于我国海洋环境监测仪器设备的发展。

Abstract:Spherical buoys are used to measure the parameters of sea waves.After working for a period of time,the accuracy and reliability of the measurements will decrease,and they need to be returned to the laboratory for maintenance and calibration.Therefore,a set of spherical buoy test device was designed.The hydraulic proportional servo system was used to drive the buoy clamp with spherical buoy inside to simulate the motion under the action of sea waves,and the performance test of spherical buoy in indoor environment was realized.This device provides good experimental conditions for the development of new buoys,improving the detection quality and efficiency of buoys,and is conducive to the development of marine environment monitoring instruments and equipment in China.
