| Abstract: | The cultivation of foreign language talents in Application-oriented Institutes should be aimed at giving prominence to the goal of personnel training. Scientific innovative fostering system should be set up. The curricular and practice teaching systems are established based on the improvement of students’ language competence and practice ability. |
