| 摘 要： | 为了提升生产过程中的自动化水平,利用机器视觉结合三菱FX系列PLC设计了一套兼容多种产品自动分拣的系统,该系统是集上料、传送、检测、分拣、包装于一体的自动化系统。通过对小工件进行自动分拣,提高了小工件分拣的生产效率,同时保证了生产的质量,减少人员的投入,产生良好的经济效益。该系统为同种类型的小工件分拣提供参考。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the automation level in the production process, a set of automatic sorting system with feeding,transmission,testing,sorting and packaging functions, compatible with various products was designed by combining machine vision with Mitsubishi FX series PLC. Through the realization of automatic sorting of small workpieces, the production efficiency of small workpieces sorting is improved, the production quality is guaranteed, the personnel investment is reduced, which produce good economic benefit. The system provides reference for improving the sorting of same type of small workpieces. |
