摘    要:针对国内某钢厂中板矫直机支承辊上调心滚子轴承出现抱死而频繁停机的问题,对轴承失效情况进行了介绍:轴承铜制保持器磨损严重,发生断裂;内圈一侧挡边磨损严重而另一侧轻微磨损;滚子一端面磨损严重.分析了轴承失效的原因,认为因支承辊变形导致轴承承受了较大的轴向力,并分析了其他可能造成轴向力大的原因.优化方案为将CA型调心滚子轴承...

Abstract:Aiming at the frequent shutdown of the roller bearing on the backup roll of a straightening machine in a steel mill in China, the failure condition of the bearing was introduced. The bearing copper retainer was severely worn and fractured. The side flange of the inner ring was seriously worn and the other side was slightly worn. The end face of the roller was badly worn. The cause of bearing failure was analyzed. It was considered that the bearing was subjected to a larger axial force due to the deformation of the backup roll. And other reasons that might cause great axial force were also analyzed. The optimization scheme was to change the CA type spherical roller bearing to CC type, and the advantages of the CC type bearing were explained.
