摘    要:针对金属打包机箱体结构轻量化问题,对响应面优化后的打包机箱体进行可靠性分析,提出一种将响应面优化理论与可靠性分析相结合的新方法。采用中心复合设计方法拟合出响应面并通过参数灵敏度分析确定设计变量,在满足箱体的强度、刚度条件下,进行响应面优化,得出打包机箱体的最小质量;再以此为基础重新建立箱体三维模型,并根据打包机箱体的强度、刚度可靠性评价标准,获得优化后箱体结构的可靠度和六西格玛水平。结果表明:优化后的箱体质量减轻了9.11%,箱体的可靠度为97.50%,这不仅提高了箱体的强度和静刚度,还减轻了箱体质量,并保证了箱体的可靠性,为其他大型工程机械的设计提供了新思路。

Abstract:Aiming at the lightweight problem of the metal packing case body,the reliability analysis of the packing case body after response surface optimization was carried out,and a new method combining the response surface optimization theory and reliability analysis was proposed.The response surface was fitted by the central composite design method and the design variables were determined through parameter sensitivity analysis.The response surface was optimized under the condition of meeting the strength and rigidity of the box body,and the minimum mass of the packaged box body was obtained.Then on this basis,a three-dimensional model of the box was reestablished,and the reliability and Six Sigma level of the optimized box structure were obtained according to the strength and rigidity reliability evaluation criteria of the packaged box.The results show that the weight of the optimized box is reduced by 9.11%,and the reliability of the box is 97.50%.This not only improves the strength and static rigidity of the box,but also reduces the weight of the box and ensures the reliability of the box.It provides new ideas for the design of other large construction machinery.
