摘    要:为了准确计算继电保护系统状态检修的具体检修周期,方便运维人员安排检修计划,提出了一种基于故障率分析的继电保护系统状态检修策略.根据历史数据拟合其基础故障率模型,分别考虑中长期和短期等因素的影响,形成修正后的继电保护系统实际故障率模型.在此基础上,结合工程应用经验和相关导则,通过设立累积故障率门槛值,计算具体的检修周期....

Abstract:To accurately calculate the condition-based maintenance cycle for a protection relay system, and to make it convenient for the operational staff to prepare the maintenance schedules, a new condition-based maintenance strategy is developed based on failure probability analysis. Given the historical failure data, a fitted model is established. By considering the influence of short- and long-term factors, a real amending failure probability model for a protection relay system is proposed. Then, in accordance with engineering experience and some related guides, the maintenance cycle can be calculated by setting the accumulated failure probability threshold. The simulation results testify that the proposed maintenance strategy can provide a more practical maintenance cycle for operational staff and increase the engineering applicability.This work is supported by the Science and Technology Project of State Grid Corporation of China (No. 521200190081).
