协作机器人在智能制造中的应用

摘    要:协作机器人作为一种新兴的机器人解决了人和机器人不能在同一空间同时作业的问题,在智能制造领域得到了迅猛发展。原有的只有人能够完成的复杂操作,现在能够由人和机器人协作中完成,大大减少了人工成本及劳动强度。以组建汽车电子产品智能柔性化生产线为例,对协作机器人的选择模拟、控制通信、生产线布局、机械设计、成本回收等进行了多方面探讨,为选择以协作机器人进行智能化制造提供了一些建议。

Abstract:Cobots, as a new kind of robots, is used to solve the problem that humans and robots can not work in the same space at the same time, so they have developed rapidly in the field of intelligent manufacturing. The original complex operation that only can be completed by human now can be completed in the cooperation between human and robot, so the labor cost and labor intensity is greatly reduced. Taking the establishment of intelligent flexible production line for automobile electrical product as example, the robot selection and simulation, control communication, production line layout, mechanical design and cost efficiency of cobots were discussed.It provides some suggestions for the selection of cobots for intelligent manufacturing.
