摘    要:随着分布式电源的高比例接入,传统三段式电流保护已难以适应日益复杂的配电网故障形态。在5G通信不断兴起的背景下,性能完备的电流相量差动保护在配电网中应用前景广阔,可不再受制于光纤铺设等附加的高额费用。但是,一旦出现5G通信信号失去同步甚至中断的极端情况,电流相量差动保护将无法正常工作。对此,针对5G通信异常场景,提出一套有源配电网综合快速保护方案,即适应5G通信失去同步但未中断场景的电流幅值差动保护判据、适应5G通信完全中断场景的相继速动保护判据,通过实时监测信道环境实现判据自适应切换。在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建10 kV有源配电网模型。仿真结果表明,所提保护判据在不同故障场景下均能可靠动作。

Abstract:With a high proportion of distributed generation integration, it is difficult to adapt conventional three-stage current protection to the increasingly complex fault forms of a distribution network. Given the continuous rise of 5G communication, current phasor differential protection with high performance has a broad application prospect in a distribution network, and is no longer subject to the additional high costs such as laying of optical fiber. However, once the 5G communication signals lose synchronization or even get interrupted in extreme cases, the current phasor differential protection will not work normally. Thus a new fast comprehensive protection scheme for active distribution network dealing with abnormal scenarios of 5G communication is proposed. This contains a current amplitude differential protection criterion adapting to the scenario where 5G communication is out of synchronization but not interrupted, and a fast sequential protection criterion adapting to the scenario where 5G communication is completely interrupted. The criteria can be adaptively switched by real-time monitoring of the channel environment. A 10 kV active distribution network model is established in PSCAD/EMTDC. The simulation results show that the proposed protection criteria can operate reliably in different fault scenarios.
