精密球体研磨盘沟槽设计与数值仿真

摘    要:为提高精密球体的成球精度及研磨效率,针对精密球体研磨盘,提出变径偏沟V形槽的设计结构。通过建立单颗球体的几何运动模型,对球体的几何运动进行分析,获得球体自转角与沟槽偏角及研磨盘沟槽半径之间的关系。以90°槽形角V形槽为例,研究变半径条件下偏沟V形槽结构对研磨等概率的影响规律,结合实际生产情况,提出偏沟V形槽沟槽偏角的合理取值。采用数值仿真技术,对球面加工轨迹和轨迹分布密度进行了仿真分析,结果表明:采用偏沟V形槽对球体进行研磨加工,可以使研磨轨迹的分布更加均匀,从而提高球体的切削等概率性。该结构有利于提高研磨球体的研磨质量与加工效率。

Abstract:In order to improve the ball forming accuracy and grinding efficiency of precision ball,the design structure of V-shaped groove with variable diameter and partial groove was proposed for precision ball grinding disc.By establishing the geometric motion model of the single ball,the geometric motion of the precision ball was analyzed,and the relationship between the self rotation angle of the ball and the groove deflection angle and the groove radius of the grinding disk was obtained.Taking V-shaped groove with 90°groove angle as an example,the influence of partial ditch V-shaped groove structure on the equal probability of grinding under the condition of variable radius was studied.Combined with the actual production condition,the reasonable value of the deflection angle of the V-shaped groove with partial groove was proposed.By using numerical simulation technology,the spherical machining track and track distribution density were simulated and analyzed.The results show that by using the V-shaped groove with the partial groove,the distribution of grinding trajectories can be more uniform and the cutting equal probability of the ball can be improved.The structure is conducive to improving the grinding quality and machining efficiency of the grinding ball.
