| Abstract: | Under the background of engineering education accreditation, the construction of health, safety and environment (HSE) management system of application-oriented institutes basic chemistry laboratory was described. The related problems existing in basic chemistry laboratory were analyzed. The construction of HSE system of basic chemistry laboratory was discussed from three aspects of laboratory safety, environmental and health management. |
