摘    要:针对新能源汽车动力电源系统中锂离子铝壳模组在焊接过程中因电芯尺寸偏差和工装定位偏差导致模组焊缝质量不稳定问题,提出一种利用激光寻位、自动纠偏的焊缝质量控制策略,实现模组焊接过程中焊接轨迹智能纠偏,保证焊缝质量稳定可靠.采用该激光寻位、自动纠偏策略的系统能够有效提升焊缝一次焊接合格率,避免因焊缝偏差造成的焊接设备故障停机...

Abstract:In view of the unstable welding quality caused by the core size deviation and tooling positioning deviation in the new energy vehicle power supply system, a welding seam quality control strategy based on laser locating and automatic correction was proposed to realize the intelligent correction of welding track during module welding and ensure the stability and reliability of the welding seam quality. By using the laser locating and automatic correction system, the qualification rate of primary welding can be effectively improved, the failure shutdown problem of welding equipment caused by weld deviation can be avoided, the mean time between failures of equipment(MTBF)can be reduced, and the overall equipment efficiency(OEE)can be improved. The designed system has strong practical significance.
