摘    要:智慧输电线路建设是将坚强智能电网和电力物联网深度融合的具体实践,具有本质安全、实时感知、全息互联、自主预警、智能处置等五大基本特征。依托智慧输电线路实现输电线路热稳定输送能力智能动态增容,无疑是未来提高线路输送能力最有应用性的科学方法之一。基于智慧输电线路的智能增容决策系统,纳入智慧输电线路建设总体方案,依托国内主流EMS平台,通过采集配套装置实时掌控输电网运行数据和气象条件,经由汇聚环节传输到监控主站及热稳定输送能力计算系统,在基础应用层实现以线路为单元的热稳定输送能力智能计算与分析。进一步,提出在专业应用层实现智能增容专家辅助分析决策,将最终辅助决策相关策略自动、智能、友善地推送给运行控制人员,实现对线路热稳定输送能力的智能、快速、有效控制,显著提升了动态增容技术的智能性和实用性。算例分析表明该方法的科学性、实用性、适用性,具备推广至其他省市电网的应用条件。

Abstract:Intelligent transmission line construction is the concrete practice of deep integration of a strong smart grid and ubiquitous electric power internet of things,with five basic characteristics,i.e.essential security,real-time perception,holographic interconnection,autonomous early warning,and intelligent disposal.Realizing intelligent dynamic capacity increase of the thermal stability of transmission lines based on intelligent transmission lines is undoubtedly one of the most applicable scientific methods to improve line transmission capacity in the future.The intelligent capacity increase decision system based on a smart transmission line is integrated into the overall scheme of smart transmission line construction.Relying on domestic mainstream EMS,it controls transmission network operation data and meteorological conditions in real time through an acquisition support device.Then it is transmitted through the convergence link to the monitoring master station and the thermal stability transmission capacity calculation system.The intelligent calculation and analysis of the thermal stability transportation capacity with the line as the unit is realized in the basic application layer.Furthermore,the innovative proposal of realizing expert auxiliary analysis and decision-making for intelligent capacity increase in the professional application layer will push the final auxiliary decision-making related strategies to the operational and control personnel automatically,intelligently and in a friendly fashion.This realizes the intelligent,fast and effective control of the heat stable transmission capacity of the line and significantly improves the intelligence and practicability of dynamic capacity increase technology.The example analysis shows that the method is scientific,practical and applicable,and could be applied to other provinces and cities.
