多品种连接器附件的高柔性智能检测系统

摘    要:为保证连接器附件的正确分类,开发一套多品种连接器附件的高柔性智能检测系统。该视觉系统硬件部分由CCD相机、远心镜头、平行背景光源构成。经过图像预处理、形态学处理以及图像自动二值化等技术处理后,运用模板匹配算法实现连接器不同类型附件的智能识别和分选。实验结果表明:该识别系统识别速度快、准确率高、自动化程度高、柔性强,能满足实际生产需求,具有良好的实用价值。

High Flexibility Intelligent Testing System of Multi Connector Accessories
Abstract:In order to ensure the correct classification of connector accessories,a set of high flexibility intelligent detection system for multi connector accessories was developed.The hardware part of the vision system was composed of CCD camera,telecentric lens and parallel background light source.After image preprocessing,morphological processing and image automatic binarization,the template matching algorithm was used to realize the intelligent recognition and sorting of different types of connector accessories.The experimental results show that the recognition system has fast recognition speed,high accuracy,high degree of automation and strong flexibility.It meets the needs of actual production and has good practical value.
