抽油杆断脱故障树分析

摘    要:抽油杆在井下作业过程中受到杂质、应力、腐蚀介质等的作用,致使抽油杆发生断脱,严重影响了抽油杆的使用寿命。综合分析了引起抽油杆发生失效的各个因素,建立了抽油杆断脱失效故障树。通过对故障树的定量分析,求得了抽油杆断脱故障树的各阶最小割集;确定了抽油杆断脱的主要失效形式。提出了预防抽油杆断脱失效和提高抽油杆可靠性的措施。

Abstract:Impurities,stress and corrosion mediums of pumping oil well have complex effect on sucker rods in service,which cause the sucker rods broken and lifetime shorten. Based on analysis of all kinds of factors that lead to sucker rod failure, the fault tree of the broken failure of the sucker rod in the pumping oil well was established. By means of the fault tree analysis, all minimum cut sets of the fault tree were obtained and all failure modes of the broken failure of the rod were found out by qualitative analysis. The main causes of broken failure of the rod were obtained by the quantitative analysis. In the end, some suggested measures to prevent the pumping rod from breaking off and to improve the reliability o2 the sucker rod were presented for application.
