纳米流体悬浮稳定性影响因素

摘    要:为了获取具有良好悬浮稳定性的纳米流体配方,采用“两步法”制备了若干种纳米流体,从纳米粒子种类、粒径、密度、质量分数、基础液体性质、分散剂、pH值和超声振动等方面,考察了纳米流体系统中粒子的沉降状态,并结合颗粒的受力情况,分析了纳米流体悬浮稳定机理.结果表明,上述诸因素对纳米流体的悬浮稳定性都有不同程度的影响,其中又以分散剂、粒子质量分数、基液黏度和pH值的影响较大.并为试验范围内的CuO-DW、Al2O3-DW、Cu-DW、Al-DW等4种纳米流体提供了具有最佳悬浮稳定性的配方.

Abstract:To obtain a nanofluid's formulation of good suspension stability,several samples were prepared by the "two steps" method.Observation tests were carried out to investigate the effects of the particle variety,dimension,density,concentration,base liquid,dispersant,pH value and ultrasonic vibration the suspension stability of nanofluids.The suspension mechanics were analyzed based on the nanoparticle stress situations.The test results showed that the most important factors affecting the suspension are the nanoparticle concentration,dispersant,viscosity of base liquid and pH value.The best suspension stability formulations of CuO-DW,Al2O3-DW,Cu-DW and Al-DW in the tests were given out.
