无线摄像式智能抄表系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对目前电力行业手工抄表实时性差,精度低的特点,设计了一套低成本的无线摄像式智能抄表系统,并详细地分析了该系统的各个组成部分及其工作原理。系统采用定时摄像、无线传输和数字图像识别相结合的方法,用户无需更换已有的传统电能表,只需在现有的电能表上安装摄像与传输模块即可实现无线智能抄表。与手工抄表方式相比,该系统能提高数据采集速度和精度;与常见的一体化智能电表相比,能降低智能电网建设成本,尤其适合在广大的农村地区使用。

Abstract:In order to overcome the poor accuracy and low-speed of manual meter reading in power industry, a camera-based low-cost wireless meter reading system is designed. Both the hardware instructions and the operating principle of the system are introduced here. The system combines periodic camera, wireless transmission and image recognition to accomplish intelligent wireless meter reading. The experiment in power grid shows that the system can work successfully as designed. It can greatly improve the picking rate and accuracy compared with manual meter reading, and reduce cost when compared with the all-in-one meter reading machine, particularly suitable for application in the vast rural areas.
