| 摘 要： | 随着加工进口含硫原油量的增加及其硫含量的不断提高 ,冷换设备腐蚀泄漏问题日益突出。中国石化股份有限公司广州分公司对该公司炼油装置冷换设备的腐蚀原因进行了分析和统计 ,并对采用涂料防护以及化学镀镍磷合金、碳钢渗铝、不锈钢和低合金钢管束的使用情况进行了调查和评估。

| Abstract: | Analysis and statistics have been made of the corrosion of heat exchange equipment in the process units of Guangzhou Petrochemical Co., Ltd.lslNOPEC. The application of coatings and Ni-P plated tubes, aluminum-diffused carbon steel tubes, stainless steel tubes and low alloy tubes and their corrosion-resistance performance in operation are investigated and evaluated. |
