摘    要:井下通风系统的安全性和可靠性是矿山安全生产高度重视的问题,而通风系统的智能化能够有效降低安全隐患。通过简单分析智能通风的原理、实现的目标以及关键技术与设备,针对漂塘钨矿通风系统主要存在的风阻不均衡,无法实现按需通风的问题,为其调整传感器的布置位置,变频改造风机和搭建智能通风管理平台,完成了388和448两个主要工作面试点的智能通风系统,实现对试点通风系统的智能化管理。在满足井下按需通风情况下,大幅度减少了人工数据采集工作量,节省了通风成本,有效保障了矿山的安全生产作业环境,降低矿山整体的能耗,同时为建设智慧矿山储备人才。

Abstract:The safety and reliability of ventilation system in underground mine are highly concerned problems in mine safety production, and intelligentization of ventilation system can effectively reduce the safety hazard. The principle,the goals,key technology and the equipment of intelligent ventilation are analyzed. To overcome the problem that ventilation cannot be conducted as required due to unbalanced windage, the position of the sensors were adjusted, the ventilator adopted frequency conversion transformation, the management platform of intelligent ventilation was built, which achieved intelligent management of ventilation system for 388 and 448 pilot. Field application result shows that the intelligent ventilation system effectively ensures the safety production and operation environment of the mine. The overall energy consumption of the mine is reduced and talents for the construction of intelligent mine are reserved.
