浅谈工程总承包项目采购风险管理工作

EPC工程总承包模式有利于整体方案不断优化,能有效克服设计、采购、施工相互制约和脱节的矛盾,有利于项目管理在设计、采购、施工各阶段工作的合理深度交叉。本文以采购管理人员角度,以国内工程总承包项目采购执行阶段的风险管理为研究对象,以风险识别、风险控制的研究思路,提出风险控制措施,降低产生损失的可能性,促进项目达成预定目标。

Procurement Risk Management of General Contracting Project

The EPC project general contracting mode is conducive to the continuous optimization of the overall scheme,can effectively overcome the design,procurement,construction mutual restraint and disjoinable contradictions,is conducive to the project management in the design,procurement,construction of each stage.In this paper,from the perspective of purchasing managers,the risk management in the procurement execution stage of domestic engineering general contracting projects is taken as the research object,and the risk control measures are put forward based on the research ideas of risk identification and risk control,so as to reduce the possibility of loss and promote the project to achieve the predetermined goals.
