2022年上半年国内外油气资源形势分析及展望

2022年以来,新冠肺炎疫情仍在全球蔓延,全球经济增长放缓,地缘事件频发,不确定性上升。世界油气需求回升,局部供应短缺,石油库存低位运行。原油价格高位震荡,天然气价格不断冲击历史高位。2月俄乌冲突爆发,美欧多国对俄油气制裁,国际油价大幅上涨,油气能源供需局部出现不平衡,俄乌冲突促使国际石油贸易格局深刻调整。2022年上半年,我国石油消费量持续下降,天然气消费增速放缓。我国石油企业继续加大油气勘探开发力度,油气勘查开采投资大幅增长,开采工作量增加。原油产量持续稳步增长,天然气产量保持较快增长。原油进口量小幅下降,天然气进口量大幅下降。预计2022年,我国油气勘探开发继续保持上升势头,国内原油产量将突破2亿t,天然气（含页岩气和煤层气）产量将达到21 40亿m3左右。
