氧化物料制粒技术在ISP烧结工艺中的应用研究

摘    要:分析了氧化物料直接返回烧结配料的不良影响,介绍了韶关冶炼厂将氧化物料通过制粒应用在生产中,并逐步提升制粒颗粒在烧结配料中的占比,调整烧结过程的工艺参数,逐步改善烧结过程中物料流转状态,使烧结块的产能和电尘的产出逐步形成一种良性的平衡的应用实践。此技术的实施应用有效地提升了烧结车间的烧结块产能,降低ISP工艺原料成本,提升ISP工艺的经济效益和社会效益。

Application of Granulation Technology of Oxidized Materials in ISP Sintering Process

Abstract:This paper analyzes the adverse effects of direct return of oxidized materials to sintering proportioning,and introduces the application of oxidized materials in Shaoguan Smelter through granulation,And gradually improve the proportion of granulated particles in the sintering burden,adjust the process parameters of the sintering process,gradually improve the material flow state in the sintering process,so as to gradually form a benign balance between the production capacity of sinter and the output of electric dust.The application of this technology effectively improves the sinter production capacity of sintering workshop,reduces the raw material cost of ISP process,and improves the economic and social benefits of ISP process.
