摘    要:介绍了某冶炼厂利用氧化锌回收铟的富集提取工艺.分析了实际生产中处理氧化锌提取铟的工艺流程中存在的缺陷及问题,通过增加压滤的工艺改造过程,有效解决了铟品位低的问题,通过前后对比数据,在原料含铟相近情况下,渣含铟品位提升幅度达到50% ~60%,渣含铟从原来的0.8% ~1.2% 提高到1.7% ~1.9%,为提高铟的回收...

Abstract:The process of using the zinc oxide to enrich and extract indium was introduced.The defects and problems in the process of extracting indium from zinc oxide in actual production are analyzed.Through the transformation process of increasing pressure filter,the problem of low indium grade can be effectively solved.By contrasting the data before and after,in this case of containing indium similar in raw materials,the grade of indium in slag increases by 50%~60%,and the content of indium in slag is increased from 0.8%~1.2% to 1.7~1.9%,it created a favorable situation for improving the recovery rate of indium.
