鼓泡浆态床费托合成Co/SiO_2细粒子催化剂研究

摘    要:系统考察了Co/SiO2细粒子催化剂的还原性能以及Co负载量和反应条件对催化剂浆相反应性能的影响。结果表明:初湿法制备的Co/SiO2细粒子催化剂在空气中焙烧后主要形成Co3O4物种,Co3O4可分步还原为活性金属Co;增加Co负载量,能明显提高催化剂费托反应活性;反应条件对催化剂性能的影响十分显著,Co/SiO2催化剂浆相费托合成适宜的反应条件为:温度220~240℃,压力1 8MPa,空速0 48L·h-1·g-1,催化剂质量分数7 2%。

Abstract:The reduction performance of Co/SiO_2 catalyst and the influences of Co-loading and reaction conditions were detailedly studied. The results show that fine particle Co/SiO_2 catalyst calcinated in the air will mainly generate Co_3O_4 species, and Co_3O_4 can be reduced into Co by two steps. The activity of Co/SiO_2 catalyst is markedly increased with cobalt loading increase. Reaction conditions have strong influences on the catalytic performance. The appropriated reaction conditions are temperature of 220~240℃, pressure of 1.8MPa, space velocity of 0.48 L·h~(-1)·g~(-1), and the catalyst with a weight density of 7.2%.
