大截面风道流量信号采集与应用

摘    要:简述了流量监测的意义,以及不同工艺流程中大截面风道的特点;结合煤矿主通风机监测的要求,提出了大截面风道流量信号采集装置的设计原则,并设计了变截面、全压管、复合管、背压管流量信号采集装置;应用伯努里方程和圆柱绕流原理,分析了其工作原理,进行了试验研究,分析了不同采集装置所得流量信号的大小、稳定性、重复性、规律性等,提出了在实践中改善其特性的技术措施,并取得了成功,填补了这方面的空白,具有工程实用价值。

Abstract:The significance of flow rate monitoring and the characteristics of large section ducts were briefly introduced. Based on the monitoring requirement on the main ventilators at coal mines, this paper put forward the principle for designing signal sampling device at large section ducts. A flow rate signal sampling device with varied section, whole pressure, multiple pipes and background pressure was designed. With the application of Bernoulli equation and principle of flow around a cylinder, the principle of this device was analyzed. Experiments were carried out to study the magnitude, stability, and repeatability of the flow rate signal with different sampling devices. Technical measures for improving its performances have been successfully applied in practice. The study results filled the void with practical value in engineering.
