压铸镁合金方向盘浇注系统的数值模拟

摘    要:压铸工艺中浇注系统的设计往往有多种可供选择的工艺方案.为了获得合理的方案,本文利用MAGMAsoft软件模拟了浇注系统位置及尺寸对镁合金方向盘铸件质量的影响.通过分析模拟结果,确定了较合理的浇注系统,使铸件缩孔倾向明显减小,改善了铸件质量,可为类似铸件的生产提供参考.

Abstract:There are several options available for designing the gating system in die casting process. In order to obtain the reasonable design, in this paper, the effects of the gating system, including different locations and sizes, on the quality of the casting of magnesium alloy steering wheel have been simulated with the aid of MAGMAsoft software. Through analysis of the simulation results, the reasonable gating system that can reduce the tendency of shrinkage cavity to a great extent and improve the quality of the casting is fixed. The results of the research can serve as references for the production of similar kinds of castings.
