摘    要:光纤与以太网的媒体桥接转换器使两种介质方便的连接在一起,为当今视频流和大型存储数据的传输提供了一个高速可靠、传输距离长、成本合算的解决方案。利用功能强大的KS8995集成交换芯片,设计外围辅助电路,设置交换芯片各功能管脚的电平,添加直流偏置和阻抗匹配电路,实现以硬件为基础的10/100、双工/单工、流控制及自动协商系统,完成10/100Base-TX与100Base-FX间的顺利转换。关键词

Abstract:The bridge media converter for 10/100Base-TX and 100 Base-FX that connects two types of segments to op-erate smoothly, the need for higher speed, reliable connection, be able to transfer long distance and overall a cost effec-tive solution come true for application such as streaming video and transfers of large storage data.KS8995 integrated switch chip has an abundance of functions. Setup the level of switch chip's functional pins with some external compo-nents added, and biased the input base of the fiber transceiver or used for line impedance matching, realize the hardware based 10/100, full/half, flow control and auto negotiation, accomplish the conversion of 10/100Base-TX to 100Base-FX.
