铁闪锌矿与磁黄铁矿浮选分离新方法研究

摘    要:在中性介质中,使用组合抑制剂一氯化钙与腐殖酸钠,成功地分选经大量铜离子活化并被丁基黄药捕收后的铁闪锌矿与磁黄铁矿混合矿物。人工混合矿物浮选分离表明,在介质pH6.3~8.2之间进行一次浮选,均取得了满意的结果,其中当介质pH为7.2时,获得的锌精矿含锌为43.9%,锌回收率95.14%。分选机理表明,组合抑制剂不能解吸矿物表面吸附的疏水物质──黄原酸亚铜,钙离子能选择吸附在磁黄铁矿表面上,继与腐殖酸钠络合生成凝絮状腐殖酸钙胶团,其强烈的亲水性使磁黄铁矿受到抑制,而铁闪锌矿几乎不吸附钙离子和腐殖酸钙,故仍保持良好的可浮性。

Abstract:At neutral medium, a mixture of marmatite and pyrrhotite which was alreadyactivated by a grcat deal of cupric ions and collected by potassium butylxan-thate was successfully separated by use of a combined depressant-calciumchloride with sodium humate. Separation of the artificial mixture has indica-ted that the results can be satisfactory at medium pH 6.3-8.2, for example,a zinc concentrate assaying 43.9% Zn with a recovery of 95.14% was obtainedby one stage flotation at mediuln pH 7.2. The mechanism of separation showsthat the combined depressant can not be able to desorb the hydrophobic pro-duct-cuprous xanthate previously adsorbed on the surface of marmatite andpyrrhotite, but calcium ions can adsorb selectively on pyrrhotite surfacefollowed by complexing sodium humate into calcium humate floc which depressespyrrhotite owing to its strong hydrophilicity. However, marmatite hardlyadsorbs either calcium ions or calcium humate, thus remaining with its goodfloatability.
