汽轮机控制系统中IMHSS03模件的故障分析及解决措施

摘    要:列举3起汽轮机控制系统液压伺服模件IMHSS03因可靠性问题引起机组减负荷或跳闸的异常事件,根据IMHSS03模件的工作原理,从模件品质、电源可靠性、线性可变差动变压器(linear variable differential trans-former,LVDT)激励电压的影响以及模件与电缆的可靠接触等方面分析故障产生的原因,指出通过加强模件质量监测、采用双路电源供电、降低LVDT激励电压、增加电缆托架等措施可降低IMHSS03模件的故障率。

Abstract:The paper exemplifies three accidents of load reduction and tripping due to reliability of IMHSS03. According to working principle of IMHSS03, the paper analyzes causes for accidents in respects of module quality, power reliability, voltage influence of linear variable differential transformer (LVDT) as well as reliable contact between the module and the cable. It is proposed that failure rate of IMHSS03 can be decreased by enhancing supervision on module quality, adopting double-circuit power supply, lowing energizing voltage of LVDT and increasing cable trays.
