| 摘 要： | 以2011年10月13日17时53分广东肇庆发生的一起封开变电站受端电网与主网解列事件为例,针对事发区域网络结构和运行方式的特点分析事发区域的电网结构、事件经过及处理过程,总结了避免发生孤网运行的措施、确保孤网稳定运行的措施及实现孤网与系统主网并列运行的措施,并提出了一系列从根上解决孤网运行相关问题的建议。

| Abstract: | The paper takes a splitting between receiving end networks of Fengkai substation and main networks at 17.. 53, Oc- tober 13, 2012 in Zhaoqing as an example. Aiming at structural characteristics of network where the accident happened and the operation mode, process of the accident and its solution, the paper summarizes countermeasures against isolated network operation, measures for ensuring stable operation of isolated network operation and measures for paralleled operation of iso- lated network and main work of the system; it also brings forward some suggestions fundamentally solving isolated network operation. |
