火电厂配煤模型研究

摘    要:根据配煤的核心,通过确定动力配煤的优化配比,研究了燃煤电厂配煤模型的组成,建立了火电厂线性配煤模型、非线性配煤模型和不确定性的配煤模型。对线性模型和非线性模型的目标函数和约束条件进行分析,指出线性模型的建立和求解较简单,其实用性和操作性较强;而非线性模型的精确度虽高,但其纠结相对困难。针对电厂配煤煤质参数的不确定性、可变性以及煤炭价格的波动性问题,利用区间规划方法对不确定性的配煤模型进行分析,并通过算例验证其现场操作性更强。

Abstract:This paper studies on the composite of blending models in thermal power plant and builds linear blending models with examples illustrating the application of linear models. Due to ash melting point of coal blending influences fouling of boiler, it amends linear models. Non-linear blending models are established because of requirements for various coals like coal ash, heating, moisture, sulphur, coal ash melting point in some power plants are very necessary. Uncertain models of coal blending are established due to parameter uncertainty of coal quality, variability and volatility of the issue price of coal. Thermal power plants can choose different model to blend coals according to the actual situation.
