摘    要:为了有效地诊断SF6电气设备内部运行情况,介绍一种新型的SF6电气设备故障气体检测方法.该方法利用脉冲氦离子化色谱,一次进样可以检测SF6、O2、N2、H2S、SC2、SOF2、SO2F2、S2OF10、CF4、C3 F8、CO2及CO等组分,克服了其他检测方法灵敏度不高、响应非线性、检测组分少等缺点,是目前较具前景的SF6电气设备故障气体检测方法.

Abstract:In order to effectively diagnose interior operation of SF6 electrical equipment, the paper introduces a new detection method for fault gas of SF6 electric equipment. The method uses PDHI chromatography and the primary sample injection can detect such components as SF6,O2, N2, H2S,SO2, SOF2,S02F2, S2OF10, CF4, C3F8, CO2 and CO, overcoming the inaccuracy, nonlinear response and insufficiency of components; it is a more promising fault gas detection method of SF, electric equipment.
