摘 要: | 介绍了蜗杆斜齿轮副的特性和优点。利用UG制图软件建立蜗杆斜齿轮啮合的实体模型,运用ansysworkbench仿真软件对啮合过程进行静力学分析,阐述了蜗杆斜齿轮啮合在ansysworkbench软件中的分析过程,此分析方法广泛适用于不同参数的蜗杆一斜齿轮传动副。通过对该传动副应力和应变量的分析计算,设计者可以进行设计方案的确定。

Abstract: | Features and advantages of worm-helical gear pair are introduced. UC drawing software is used to establish practical models of worm helical gear engaging. Ansysworkbench simulating software are used to make static mechanical analysis of the engaging process, the analyzing process in ansysworkbench of worm helical gear engaging are elaborated. The analyzing method is also applicable for worm-helical gear transmission pair with different parameters. Through analyzing and calcuhting the force and dependent variable, the design project can be decided swiftly and precisely by the designer. |
