摘    要:阐述了工艺尺寸式法和动态向量标记法建立工艺尺寸链的原理;运用图解追迹法实现了工艺路线的自动生成、工艺尺寸链追迹图的自动绘制;针对工序基本尺寸的计算,引入易于程序实现的高斯列主元消去法.将三者应用于CAPP系统中,并进行了实例验证,结果表明,方法易程序化且可以实现工序尺寸的自动解算.

Abstract:This paper describes the principle of locating the size chain based on the use of the dimensional formula and dynamic vector marking.By the same time,the automatic generation of process route and the size chain traces are realized by graphic tracing method.Gaussian elimination with maximal column pivoting easily achieved in program is applied to solve the process basic dimensions.Both of them are applied to the CAPP system and verified with examples.The results show that these methods are easy to program and could realize the automation of the operational dimensions solver.
