摘    要:结合生产实际,对造成110kV SF6瓷套真空细练泥段变形和开裂的原因进行了分析,认为粗练泥段的硬度、工艺筒和芯轴的连接方式及电阴干工艺是造成真空细练泥段缺陷的主要原因。通过改进工装设备和调整工艺参数,减少了细练泥段变形和偏心现象,降低了开裂率。

Abstract:Combines with the reality of producing,scientific analysis on the reason deformation and cracks of pugged body for 110 kV SF6 porcelain insulator.It is considered that the defects of vacuum pugged body are attributed to improper mud hardness,pugmill cylinder shape,core connection and parameters of electric preheating.Through fixture innovation and processing parameter adjustment the deformation and excentricity of pugged body has been improved and the crack rate reduced.
