塔式起重机塔身结构的模态分析与响应计算

摘    要:在用ANSYS软件对QTZ63塔机塔身进行有限元分析的基础上,通过模态分析,计算出有附着塔身和无附着塔身的固有频率及部分主振型.之后对两种塔身进行谐响应分析和瞬态响应分析,计算出其共振频率和不利工况下危险截面处的位移-时间历程,并将两者进行比较.

Abstract:The QTZ63 tower-body was analyzed by means of the finite elements method.The attached tower-tody and the non-attached tower-body were discussed.Then the natural frequencies and the partial vibration mode were obtaind by using the modal analysis.The harmonic analysis and transient analysis of the tower-body were carried out.The resonance frequency and the displacement-time curve for dangerous section under disadvantageous condition were caclculated and compared.
