麦饭石中主元素和微量元素的X-射线荧光光谱测定

摘    要:本文用X-射线荧光光谱分析法对麦饭石中的主元素和微量元素进行了测定,测定结果达到检出线的有24种,其中有些是人体所必需的元素。经测定、分析,麦饭石对人体健康可能产生有益的作用。本文的分析法采用粉末压片法直接测定,用影响系数法校正吸收一增强效应,保证了此方法的检出限、准确度和精密度,达到了快速分析的目的。

Abstract:In this article author measured the principal element and trace element of Maifanshi with X-ray fluorescence spectrometric method of analysis. The result of measurement indicates that there are 24 kinds arrived at the examination limit. Some of them are needed for human body. It also indicates that Maifanshi is able to bring forth available effect for body. Powder press sheet method is selected in this article. Absorption-reinforced effects are checked with influence coefficient method. Examination limit, accuracy and precision of measurement are warranted with rapid analysis.
