太钢不锈钢工程废酸综合治理自动控制系统

摘    要:针对太钢不锈钢工程中的废酸具有废水量大、污染物含量大、危害大、污染物成分复杂且变化大等特点,设计了以SIEMENS S7-400PLC为核心的废酸综合治理自动控制系统。介绍了该系统的组成及功能,着重分析了废酸中和的软件控制算法。现场运行表明,该系统稳定可靠,操作方便,维护量小,处理后的废酸各项指标达到了国家排放标准,对同行业的生产进步将起到示范和推动作用。

Abstract:Aiming at the waste acid specialties of the stainless steel engineering of Taiyuan Iron & Steel (Group) Co Ltd,such as much waste water, much contaminant with severe damage effect, complicated and inconstant ingredient of contaminant, the automatic control system for comprehensive harnessing of the waste acid is designed, whose kernel is SIEMENS S7 400 PLC. The composition and function of the system are introduced, and the software control algorithm of waste water neutralization is mainly presented. The field running status manifests that the system has features of stable running, convenient operation and little maintenance, and that all kinds of indexes of the disposal waste acid are in line with the national emission standard. The system will demonstrate and promote to production advancement of the same trade.
