高碳镍钼矿的浸出试验研究

摘    要:采用焙烧原矿-碳酸钠浸出焙砂-硝酸浸出碱浸渣工艺对某高碳镍钼矿进行了钼、镍浸出研究, 并确定了各阶段的主要工艺参数, 原矿在550 ℃下焙烧4 h后, 进行碱浸出, 碱性浸出剂Na2CO3用量为8%、液固比为3∶1、40 ℃下浸出2 h后, 再对碱浸渣进行酸浸, 酸性浸出剂HNO3浓度为35%, 液固比为3∶1, 70 ℃下浸出2 h, Mo的总浸出率达到92.72%, Ni的浸出率达到97.18%。

Abstract:The study on leaching of nickel and molybdenum for a high carbon Ni-Mo ore was carried out by using the process of roasting the crude ore-leaching the roasted products by sodium carbonate-leaching the basic leaching residues by nitric acid, and main process parameters of each stage were determined.After roasting the crude ore at 550 ℃ for 4 h, the alkaline leaching was conducted for 2 h under conditions that the dosage of alkaline leaching agent Na2CO3 is 8%, liquid-to-solid ratio is 3∶1 and leaching temperature was 40 ℃, then the acid leaching was conducted for the basic leaching residues for 2 h under conditions that the concentration of acid leaching agent HNO3 is 35%, liquid-to-solid ratio is 3∶1 and leaching temperature was 70 ℃.The overall leaching rate of Mo reached 92.72% and the leaching rate of Ni reached 97.18%.
