| 摘 要： | 渐开线齿轮的齿形、齿距、齿厚误差 ,通常是用跨测齿数对应的公法线长度误差来描述的 ,论述了理想的跨测齿数与公法线长度之间的对应关系及蝶形砂轮磨齿原理 ,对齿轮精密加工工艺作了相应的探讨。

| Abstract: | Error of gear shape, gear distance, and gear thickness to a gear wheel, it is generally described to measure the teeth numbers of a gear wheel on the sheared normal length's errors. This article provides the principle between the measured teeth numbers of a gear wheel and its sheared normal length, and grinding gear's theory of a discal sand wheel. Furthermore, the article states the process of making a gear wheel in more details. |
