| 摘 要： | 专业和人才培养目标的定位必须为国民经济的发展服务,坚持行业特色或背景.经过多年的实践,并通过社会调查,提出了机电、土木、管理相结合的工程机械复合型人才培养模式;基于工程机械复合型人才培养模式的要求,提出了构建工程机械专业群的3个主要专业方向,以及不同专业方向的课程体系和课程内容的研究,进行了专业教材建设的研究,提出了教材建设的措施.实践证明,机电、土木、管理相结合的工程机械复合型人才培养模式是可行的.
