高产梳棉机重定量的思考

针对棉纺工艺重定量、大牵伸的核心是细纱工序提高牵伸倍数、基础是梳棉工序增加生条定量这一前提,通过对大、小直径锡林高产梳棉机重定量工艺的对比分析,指出小直径锡林高产梳棉机的梳理度比大直径锡林梳棉机高得多,但容易伤纤维.国产大直径锡林梳棉机采用重定量,同时降低出条速度在产量不增加的情况下,生条质量可保持原来轻定量时的水平.建议采用重定量时要兼顾出条速度和台时产量.

Pondering over Heaavy Rated Hi-production Card

As to the precondition that the core of the heavy ration and big draft in cotton spinning process is to increase the multiple of draft of spinning process with increase of sliver production in carding process. Comparative analysis of heavy ration process of hi-production cards of small or big diameters finds that the carding effect of the hi-production card with small diameter is better than that with big diameter,yet with easy damage of fiber. The domestic cylinder card with big diameter is heavy rationed with low speed sliver output,and maintain the same quality of sliver of the light ration under the condition of the same produc- tion rate. Suggestion is put forth that when heavy ration is adopted, sliver output and production rate should not be neglected.
