纳米WC—Co复合粉的烧结特征

摘    要:对纳米 WC— Co复合粉的烧结特征以及怎样充分利用这一特征来控制合金晶粒长大进行了介绍。指出 ,由喷雾转化法生产的纳米 WC— Co复合粉是一种预合金粉 ,它的烧结应该属于超固相线液相烧结范畴。与传统的液相烧结相比 ,超固相线液相烧结时 ,合金的微观结构和性能对烧结温度、工艺参数及合金成分更为敏感 ,因此必须对这些参数进行严格控制

Abstract:To find out the reasons for the rapid grain growth,the sintering characteristics of nanophase WC-Co composite powder and how to make use of its sintering characteristics are summarized in this paper.It is pointed out that the nanophase WC-Co composite powder prepared by SCP is a kind of prealloyed powder,so its sintering should belong to the category of supersolidus liquid phase sintering(SLPS).Having a good understanding of its characteristics of SLPS gives new lines in making full use of its superiority over the conventional mixed powder and getting more effective control over grain growth during sintering.For SLPS,the microstructure and properties are sensitive to sintering temperature,processing variables and alloy composition,so a close control over these variables must be carried out.
