| 摘 要： | 通讯点负载电源模块自动测试系统是在PXI系统的基础上开发而成.系统由硬件部分和软件部分组成,采用可编程直流电源供应器和电子负载来模拟负载点电源模块各种工作条件,并将各项参数记录下来进行分析处理,对测量的结果进行判定.软件部分采用VB与CVI混合编程的方式,充分发挥了不同开发平台的优势,提高了系统的运行效率.模块化的设计保证了系统良好的灵活性,根据实际需要,做适当地调整便可进行其他类型电源模块的自动测量.本系统已成功地应用到工业生产中.

| Abstract: | Based on PXI system,the automatic test system used for communication POL power module is worked out. This ATS includes hardware section and software section. To simulate the various work condition of the power modules,the ATS adopts a programmable power supply and electrical -load. It records the test results ,and assumes the jobs of results analysis, computation and judgment. The mix program method,combining the advantages of VB and CVI development platform,facilitated the work of software system. Because of the modularized design,this flexible ATS can be adapted for other kinds of power module according to the actual requirement. This ATS has already applied in a power module manufactory successfully. |
