创新概念设计理念与虚拟设计实例分析

摘    要:利用计算机辅助设计技术,将创新概念设计理念与虚拟实体造型方法有机地结合起来,采用二维绘图、三维框架系统、曲面造型及参数化实体造型、视觉法则、色彩设计与技术美学等技术手段,为面向工业产品的创新概念设计、虚拟造型设计和发明问题的理论解决提供一种崭新的设计途径。现文介绍了创新概念设计和发明问题解决理论的设计理念。结合油田采油射流泵的实际研究,着重在其虚拟造型设计和虚拟装配等方面进行了深层次的探讨。

Abstract:Based on the technology of computer aided design, we have made the new design research of innovation conception which to be put forward on industrial products. It is a new way of design that we combine innovation conception with virtual entity modeling by means of planar drawing, three dimension frame system, curve modeling, parametric entity modeling, vision rule, color design and technical esthetics and so on, for the theoretical solution of innovation conception, virtual modeling design and invention prlblem. We have described a deeper discussion for innovation conception design, theory of invention problem solution,virtual modeling design and virtual assembling etc. In this paper, we have laid emphasis on the practical research of oil jet pump.
