| 摘 要： | 了解海上平台过滤器运行状况,通过分析核桃壳过滤介质污染状态,发现滤料污染物主要成分为原油、硫化物等.紧密结合过滤器运转、反冲洗工艺情况、针对污染物成分研制出了适用于渤海绥中SZ36-1油田平台过滤器用核桃壳滤料清洗再生剂,很好地解决了致密的混合污染物层难以清除的问题,现场应用取得了良好的效果,恢复了滤料过滤功能,从而提高了运行效率、节约了生产成本.

| Abstract: | Found out many filter units moved on offshore platform.By way of analyzing walnut shell-filter material polluted,it has been found that main pollutants in filtering material are oil,sulfide and etc.Combined filter unit's running,the process of reversed washing and focused on these pollutants;an effectual walnut shell-filter material regenerating reagent applying to offshore platform filter SZ36-1,sui zhong bo hai has been developed,and the problem that the pollutants are difficult to clean out has been solved.The field test achieved good effect.Recovered walnut shell-filter material's function of filtering,then enhanced the efficiency of running and cut down expenses of manufacturing cost. |
