| Abstract: | For the realization of digital and information - based underground pipeline in Quanzhou City , and make use. of the modern technique such as GIS, physical detection, the digital surveying and mapping, the pipeline database was constructed to develop information management system to carry out the modem management. This text introduces the establishment of underground pipeline in Quanzhou City, the structure, function, network of the comprehensive information system construction, and the conception of management. |
