| 摘 要： | 介绍了TMS320C6000系列IDK和MPEG-4视频编码，给出了C6000 IDK的软件流程和编码优化实现方法，并且利用TI公司的TMS6711DSK-IDK。实现了基于MPEG-4标准的视频编解码器，经过测试达到了每秒处理视频图像25帧的效果。

| Abstract: | The paper simply introduced TMS320C6000 of IDK and MPEG-4. The channel manager of C6000 IDK and the way of optimizing code are also given on the basis of the above introduction. Based on MPEG-4, coding and decoding is realized on the TMS6711DSK-IDK, and can process 25 frames within a second. |
