压缩应力下超高分子量聚乙烯的红外辐射研究

摘    要:对超高分子量聚乙烯 (UHMWPE)材料进行了单向压缩的热红外辐射探测实验 ,研究结果表明 :在整个压缩过程中 ,红外辐射温度 (AIRT)随应变增加而变化的趋势包括变化幅度较小、随应变增加而近似线性增加、增长速度减缓 3个阶段 ;AIRT增长范围、增长趋势受加载速度的影响 ,加载速度越大 ,IRT增幅越高

Abstract:Thermal infrared radiation (ATIR) detection tests of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) were conducted subjected to uniaxial compressive. The testing results showed that, there are three stage at the course of compressive. At fist, the AIRT of UHMWPE specimens changed nonsignificant. Second , the AIRT increased with the strain linearity. At last slowly increased the temperature. The range and the amplitude of AIRT depended on the strain and the compressive speed positively.
